			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a moment of weakness today. indulged in a <a title="Chocolate Mole" href="http://arewhatyoueat.blogspot.com/2009/03/chocolate-desserts-mole.html">Chocolate Mole</a>, I can&#8217;t say I am sorry because I enjoyed it too much.</p>
<p>It is part of the ups and downs as far as I can see, so I&#8217;ll perservere on, tomorrow will be a resumption of the faith, a bit of chocolate keeps the mind clear every now and again. I was trying to make a caraway chili cocoa powder but I ended up turning it in to something else, chocolate chili powder is a unique flavour and taste, so it was worth trying <a href="http://www.giftofireland.com/irishmemorialtrees.htm">tree</a></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am starting my marathon training today, that sounds impressive, but it will definately be small steps at the start, a short comfortable run, at my own pace, and making sure that I feel comfortable throughout. Running is  agreat way to loose weight and it should be viewed as something that you build up.</p>
<p>One great thing about it as well, is that it is a natural anti-depressive, as it release a lot of endorphins after a run. They call it the runners high. It is a positive feeling, a sense of well being. That is benefical to allwho want to loose weigh, or who need a pick me up in these gloomy times. Best of luck with your running training and your weight loss.</p>

<p>Didn&#8217;t it snow like crazy this winter. Wow.</p>
<p>So now that Feb. approaches it is time to get focused I have purchased a weight watchers cookbook, and am focusing on the core plan. I am not one for counting points, so that is why I choose it. I feel that is is more sustainable, as it gives you freedom in relation to portions. It is a more natural diet in the long term, for me.</p>
